Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to deliver exceptional luxury service in Beverly Hills, CA. $24–$27/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an effortless luxury environment and exceed expectations in all hospitality services
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the boutique, establishing an atmosphere of refined courtesy
- Efficiently manage main floor traffic by greeting all clients, determining their needs, and escorting them to the appropriate area or sales associate
- Approach all encounters with clients, guests, and colleagues with grace, attentiveness, courtesy, and a service-oriented demeanor
- Provide bespoke and high-touch hospitality services to clients in collaboration with the sales team throughout the selling ceremony
- Assist guests and clients with obtaining taxi or car services, supporting them into vehicles and assisting with shopping bags or purchases as needed
- Partner with the Concierge and Host team to coordinate car services and provide directions as required
- Demonstrate comprehensive working knowledge of all Hermès métiers (product categories) and the store layout
- Provide hospitable services such as holding umbrellas during inclement weather
- Maintain heightened awareness of client service needs and recognize potential safety concerns, alerting Asset Protection as necessary
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support business needs and perform additional operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High interest in learning about all Hermès métiers, brand history, and art collection
- Strong communication skills with warmth and graciousness in all interactions
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuinely friendly disposition
- Proactive approach to caring for customers in a calm, professional, and courteous manner
- Ability to provide information about the neighborhood, store services, and general customer inquiries
- Experience in a similar luxury retail environment, or as a Concierge or Host in high-end settings such as hotels or fine dining
- Ability to work collaboratively and excel in fast-paced environments with continuously changing priorities
- High level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
Skills
Experience
Experience in a comparable luxury retail, hotel concierge, or fine-dining hospitality environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in providing sophisticated, personalized service to high-net-worth clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education or hospitality certifications are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
