Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create an inviting, attentive atmosphere that enables personalized advisory relationships.
• Guide customers through the Maison’s home collections—furniture, lighting, tableware, porcelain, décor, textiles and children’s items—highlighting materials, techniques and uses of each piece.
• Advise with precision and aesthetic sensibility to help clients compose harmonious interiors and select singular objects while driving sales across all home categories.
• Leverage the omnichannel approach to enhance the customer experience and follow through on client journeys across touchpoints.
• Acquire and maintain in‑depth knowledge of collections, product innovations and current interior trends through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury retail, interior decoration, furniture or tableware sales.
• Solid subject‑matter knowledge in decoration, design, table culture or lifestyle product categories.
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for listening, empathy and client adaptation.
• Autonomous, flexible and confident in the use of digital tools and omnichannel retail processes.
• A meticulous eye for detail, quality and artisanal craftsmanship; genuine enthusiasm and service orientation.
• Team‑oriented, curious and open to continuous professional development.

Skills

Experience

Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or a closely related field (interior design, home furnishing, tableware), preferably within high‑end or artisan brands.

Education

Vocational qualification or equivalent professional training in retail, interior design, decoration or a related discipline — or equivalent demonstrable experience in luxury home sales.
