Role & Responsibilities

  • Animate HSE communities in-store and support HSE referents and management teams in strengthening occupational health and safety culture across the retail network
  • Lead and coordinate the Sustainable Development community at Hermès Distribution France, composed of engaged ambassadors and leaders on various CSR topics
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of occupational risk assessments (DUERP), conduct accident analysis, and deploy associated preventive actions in all retail locations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and organizational alignment with French labor and environmental codes and internal standards across all subsidiary sites
  • Execute dedicated HSE and CSR projects, leveraging technical expertise in workplace health, risk prevention, and environmental management
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance indicators and progress toward the 12 Sustainable Development ambitions using corporate frameworks and reporting tools
  • Contribute to climate strategy implementation, including carbon accounting support, climate adaptation measures, and team engagement on climate-related best practices
  • Deploy diversity and inclusion initiatives, including management of ESAT partnerships across the network, communication of the Disability Accord, and participation in awareness campaigns (SEEPH)
  • Coordinate and support the internal HSE/CSR certification project by implementing requirements and tracking certification milestones across retail locations
  • Design and deploy communication and awareness campaigns tailored to retail teams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities
  • Build capability within the HSE network and Sustainable Development ambassador community through targeted training and coaching
  • Collaborate with HR and training teams to strengthen occupational health, safety, and sustainability training resources for store employees
  • Organize and lead internal events and initiatives to mobilize teams around health, safety, and sustainability commitments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (Bac+5) from an engineering school, specialized institution, or Master's degree with specialization in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE) or Sustainable Development
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in HSE functions
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional network management, project delivery, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety issues and CSR/sustainability frameworks and standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Passion for retail and customer-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to inspire, engage, and federate diverse stakeholder groups
