Hermès Héricourt seeks a Health and Safety Officer (CDI) to lead occupational wellness across our leather manufacturing hub in France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide ergonomic guidance and best practice mentoring to artisans and workshop supervisors across the manufacturing site
  • Coordinate and facilitate ergonomic relay committees and participate in project meetings regarding workplace innovations and ergonomic improvements
  • Develop and implement psychological and social risk (RPS) prevention strategies; establish neutral listening channels for employee concerns and maintain confidential social monitoring
  • Report alerts and critical social climate indicators to HR management and site directors in compliance with professional confidentiality protocols
  • Manage all occupational health records including work-related injuries (AT), occupational illnesses (MP), near-misses (TP), and minor accidents with accurate registry documentation
  • Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and design corrective action plans to prevent recurrence
  • Maintain and update comprehensive occupational health and safety dashboards and performance indicators
  • Serve as primary liaison with occupational medicine practitioners; schedule and coordinate medical examinations for recruitment, periodic reviews, and employer-requested assessments
  • Organize and coordinate annual influenza vaccination campaigns
  • Co-animate the Health and Safety Committee (CSSCT) alongside the HSE Manager outside of quarterly formal meetings; serve as principal contact for committee members
  • Draft the annual written report on occupational health and safety within the officer's scope of responsibility
  • Lead DUER (Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document) review sessions and update meetings
  • Animate and manage the first-aid responder network, coordinate initial and refresher training programs, and track qualifications and regulatory certifications
  • Lead or participate in strategic site projects such as tobacco and alcohol awareness initiatives, blood donation programs, and related wellness campaigns
  • Provide technical healthcare administration including pharmacy supply management and upkeep of the health services facility

Qualifications

  • State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier) – mandatory
  • Prior professional experience in corporate or hospital healthcare environments preferred
