Hermès 6-month internship: Health and Safety Mission Assistant in Pantin, France. Support HSE initiatives and industrial projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of health and safety events (annual group Health and Safety Day, HSE networks, webinars).
- Promote health and safety initiatives within the maison through intranet articles and newsletter contributions.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary working groups to define, draft, and disseminate group health and safety standards aligned with group frameworks (safety culture and major risk management).
- Improve digital HSE tools (data quality, user experience, management dashboards) and participate in scoping new tool projects.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives aligned with the Industrial Directorate's current priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree programme or equivalent qualification
- Final-year internship candidate or gap year student
- Ideally specialisation in industrial risk management or occupational health and safety
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated capacity for analysis and strategic perspective
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills and project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaborative tools, and Power BI

Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed an engineering degree or equivalent qualification; specialisation in industrial risk management or occupational health and safety is preferred.
