Role & Responsibilities
- Define the long-, medium- and short-term strategy for the gold jewelry collection and translate it into an annual roadmap.
- Develop and animate the segment roadmap within the Collections team, ensuring alignment with artistic direction and cross‑functional priorities (development, purchasing, supply, commercial).
- Pilot the overall assortment for the gold jewelry segment — plan novelties, renewals and core lines while recommending entries, exits, price architecture and sizing.
- Project collections from creative brief through development to retail, ensuring quality of deliverables (tools, presentations, product documentation) and commercial relevance over time.
- Establish and run governance and reporting rituals to monitor the segment, drive recommendations and maintain cross‑functional clarity (development, commercial, quality, studio).
- Create and sustain a close, trustful working relationship with the creative direction and design teams; defend and translate creative intentions into the broader collections strategy.
- Manage, coach and develop the direct team and cross‑functional contributors; build a positive, high‑performance culture and an operational rhythm to meet growth objectives.
- Construct and manage the segment budget and prioritise workload to achieve key objectives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience working on product collections, ideally in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Demonstrated management experience with ability to lead direct reports and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic vision combined with operational rigor and an ability to translate artistic intent into commercial collections.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to collaborate with artistic teams and defend creative choices.
- Clear leadership skills with capacity to federate around a project.
- Strong sensitivity to and knowledge of the jewelry and high‑jewelry universe.
- Fluent English.
