Hermès Lille seeks Guest Relations Associate for fixed-term contract. Luxury boutique welcome, client relations, and VIP service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming reception to clients throughout the store, acting as a master of the house with warmth and professionalism
- Guide clients to appropriate sales departments and maintain close coordination with sales advisors
- Offer complimentary premium beverages to all clients in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
- Manage inventory of beverage stocks and ensure cleanliness of all front-of-house areas
- Support omnichannel customer journeys, including web-to-shop, distance sales, and shop-to-shop transactions
- Develop and maintain close relationships with VIP clients, regular customers, and key accounts through attentive service
- Engage clients in conversations about their previous in-store experiences and preferences
- Recognize and greet notable personalities and dignitaries using appropriate protocols
- Manage client flows during peak service periods across high-volume departments such as accessories, footwear, and fine jewelry
- Gather and communicate client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support for ancillary client requests and special circumstances
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail reception, boutique hospitality, or high-end hotel welcome services
- Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and service-oriented mindset
