John Lobb in Manhattan, NY seeks a Guest Relations and Client Experience Intern. Paid internship at $20/hr supporting client appointments and events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support client relationship management: prepare appointments, manage follow-up communications and coordinate in-store hospitality.
  • Develop an understanding of luxury service standards, meticulous attention to detail and brand presentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey and handover.
  • Provide event support and contribute to client experience initiatives to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
  • Assist with routine clienteling tasks such as CRM updates, appointment scheduling and administrative support for the boutique (in-person only).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in hospitality, business, communications, luxury management or a related discipline.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
  • Comfortable working in-person in a boutique environment and flexible to retail schedules.
  • Interest in luxury goods, footwear and client-centric service; prior client-facing or retail experience is a plus.

Experience
