Hermès Distribution France seeks Guest Experience Officer for Saturday part-time position in Strasbourg. Luxury hospitality role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly throughout the boutique, embodying the role of maître de maison
- Guide clients to desired departments and facilitate introductions with sales advisors based on knowledge of the sales team
- Offer complimentary beverages to all clients with attentive, high-end hospitality service standards
- Monitor and maintain beverage inventory and ensure cleanliness of hospitality spaces
- Manage omnichannel client interactions including web-to-shop, remote sales, and shop-to-shop services
- Cultivate and maintain close relationships with VIP and regular clientele through proactive engagement
- Gather client feedback on previous store experiences and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Recognize and greet personalities using appropriate protocols
- Manage queuing and client flow across high-volume departments including accessories, footwear, and jewelry
- Provide support for miscellaneous client requests and special services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail hospitality or high-end hotel reception
- Excellent spoken communication and elocution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Recognized for discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent English language ability
