Role & Responsibilities
- Greet every visitor warmly upon entry and departure, setting the tone for an extraordinary client experience
- Maintain the daily appointment calendar, tracking arrivals, no-shows, rescheduling requests, and cancellations across the boutique system
- Coordinate active communication of appointment arrivals with selling, operations, and asset protection departments
- Assess client needs and interests, directing them to appropriate merchandise locations or team members with genuine curiosity and attentiveness
- Manage phone-based appointment requests, team scheduling entry, and conflict resolution with grace and efficiency
- Facilitate beverage service, umbrella storage, shopping bag assistance, and vehicle escort to demonstrate anticipatory hospitality
- Proactively manage outdoor queuing by providing wait-time updates and ensuring prompt access to service when capacity limits are reached
- Model Hermès' vision of extraordinary service and maintain an atmosphere of helpfulness and cooperation, handling challenging situations with professional composure
- Execute all additional duties assigned by the Client Experience and Service Manager
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone and face-to-face interaction abilities
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with a consistently friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High-touch customer service mindset with genuine hospitable approach to all interactions
