Role & Responsibilities
- Develop technical competency across wet-end processes, tanning chemistry, dyeing operations, and finishing techniques through hands-on production experience

Qualifications
- Final-year student enrolled in an engineering programme (Bac+5 level: generalist engineering, chemistry, process engineering, agronomy, or equivalent discipline)
- Demonstrated interest in technical and artisanal environments with genuine commitment to leather-manufacturing heritage
- Fluency in French and/or Italian preferred; English communication skills valued
- Valid work authorisation for France and/or Italy
