Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics and fulfilment projects (3PL transitions, process optimisation, IT/WMS integrations and capacity planning) ensuring brand-aligned execution.
- Deploy the Group supply‑chain transformation (Milkyway) locally, coordinating SAP, WMS and Group procedures to maintain operational continuity.
- Define project scope, produce actionable roadmaps, manage project budgets and align cross‑functional stakeholders including IT, business units and external partners.
- Manage 3PL sourcing, tendering and contractual negotiations; administer change requests and conduct annual provider reviews.
- Design and monitor KPIs and SLAs for lead times, service reliability and client satisfaction; implement structured performance review and audit processes for partners.
- Propose and implement logistics improvements across transport, import/export, fulfilment and reverse logistics, embedding sustainable metrics into local practices.
- Support logistics service design for retail, e‑commerce and after‑sales channels and ensure operational resilience under peak and exception scenarios.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and project management, ideally within luxury or high‑value goods and across retail and e‑commerce channels.
- Proven expertise in fulfilment operations, warehousing, compliance and premium distribution.
- Demonstrable experience managing 3PL relationships, tenders and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical capability with experience designing KPIs/SLAs and driving continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders; discreet and meticulous approach to high‑value operations.

Experience
At least five years of progressive responsibility in logistics or project management with direct experience in fulfilment operations, 3PL management and systems implementations (SAP/WMS); prior exposure to luxury or high‑value goods and omni‑channel distribution is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business or related discipline preferred; professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) advantageous but not required.
