Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end logistics and fulfilment projects (3PL upgrades, WMS/SAP integration, capacity planning) from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Deploy the Group Milkyway supply-chain transformation locally, coordinating SAP, WMS and Group procedures to preserve operational continuity.
  • Define project roadmaps, manage project budgets, own milestones and governance, and ensure timely deployment of initiatives supporting strategic growth.
  • Spearhead 3PL sourcing, tendering and contractual negotiation; manage change requests and run annual performance and service reviews with providers.
  • Design, implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs for fulfilment, transport, import/export and reverse logistics to optimise lead-times, reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Logistics Coordinators, Warehouse Operations and cross-functional teams (IT, commercial units, external partners) to deliver structured continuous improvement.
  • Champion sustainable fulfilment practices, integrate environmental metrics into local operations, and design reverse logistics flows in line with brand responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ demonstrable experience in logistics and 3PL project management for retail and e‑commerce channels, preferably with high‑value or luxury goods.
  • Proven expertise in fulfilment operations, warehousing, compliance and premium distribution.
  • Strong competence in project management, budgeting, supplier negotiation and stakeholder alignment across IT and operational teams.
  • Personal attributes: discreet, meticulous, reliable, proactive and composed under pressure; aligned with Hermès’ values of authenticity and craftsmanship.
