Hermès Foundation 6-month internship supporting Visual Arts and Craftsmanship programs in Paris, beginning February 2027. Master's students welcome.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and registrations for the Académie des Savoir-Faire Saturday morning lectures in Paris, liaising with service providers and managing attendee communications
  • Organize and manage administrative follow-up for weekend immersion programs, including accommodation logistics and participant coordination
  • Support operational implementation of the Grand Atelier initiative, ensuring seamless execution of all programmatic elements
  • Collaborate with artists and manufacturing partners on residency programs, including scheduling, reservations, transportation logistics, and artwork handling and conditioning
  • Contribute to exhibition production coordination in partnership with territorial institutions and external stakeholders
  • Manage legal and administrative documentation for artist residencies and related cultural initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional departmental projects and contribute to the development of high-quality collaborative deliverables
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments requiring strong collaboration and coordination across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completing a Master's degree program, or equivalent advanced qualification in related fields (business school, IEP, university programs in history, art history, or cultural management)
  • Demonstrated genuine interest in cultural domains including artisanal crafts, visual arts, design, or corporate patronage
  • Prior experience in a cultural, artistic, or corporate foundation environment is highly valued
  • Recognized for rigor, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and reliability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in demanding, structured environments
  • Fluent in English with ease of expression in professional and collaborative contexts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to produce polished, high-quality deliverables
  • Working knowledge of legal and administrative frameworks is advantageous
