Role & Responsibilities
- Define the footwear métier's communication roadmap in alignment with Hermès International and other métiers
- Pilot all content development initiatives—both internal and external—in partnership with agencies and external partners
- Share annual reports and periodic analyses to inform métier strategy
- Orchestrate artistic presentations of collections, including fashion shows and performances, co-developing creative concepts with the Artistic Director
- Validate artistic direction for each collection, including casting, studio partnerships, and creative teams
- Participate in photoshoots and filming to ensure aesthetic and brand identity consistency across all content
- Lead the development of communication tools while maintaining creative coherence and brand image standards
- Coordinate fashion shows (PAPF, PAPH, Couture) and brief press attachés on product narratives
- Deploy métier promotional tools to end consumers in partnership with communication teams
- Ensure strategic alignment between communication strategy and the Hermès Shoes e-commerce experience
- Validate editorial content, product pages, and grids in conjunction with Hermès International
- Co-pilot seasonal commercial campaigns across subsidiaries with local teams
- Guarantee aesthetic quality of seasonal visual merchandising recommendations in line with collection artistic direction
- Support subsidiaries and visual merchandising teams on cross-functional projects including window displays and cross-merchandising
- Lead and mentor a team of six collaborators, fostering a culture of excellence, autonomy, and accountability
- Coordinate departmental priorities with clear assignment of responsibilities
- Manage the métier identity budget and measure action impact through rigorous reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles within luxury image or retail environments
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relations, leadership, and collaborative team-building
- Strong product sensitivity with pronounced aesthetic and artistic sensibility
- Passion for and genuine understanding of the fashion industry
- Proven ability to manage teams with warmth and enthusiasm
- Exceptional organizational and anticipatory capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and results-orientation
- Strategic vision with ability to translate vision into executable initiatives
- Creativity, dynamism, proactivity, versatility, and mental agility
- Fluent written and oral communication in French and English
- Italian language skills preferred
