Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end development and launch of finished footwear products: material/component codification, compilation of bills of materials (nomenclatures) and preparation of technical launch dossiers.
  • Create and follow product orders and releases within the PLM system; update and animate development KPIs.
  • Consolidate sample orders with Style, Collection and Material Development teams and verify technical sheets for industrialization.
  • Confirm material consumptions and interface PLM data with other internal systems; coordinate codification planning with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Administer development finished-goods stock: generate reference pairs and conformity orders, print labels, manage receipts and invoicing in the tools.
  • Manage stock movements and shipments of pairs to external manufacturers/suppliers; perform finished‑goods inventories with stock managers and project leads.
  • Monitor and update development budget monthly; prepare KPIs and animate the monthly review routine.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) from business school, fashion school or engineering programme.
  • Proven, relevant experience in product development or industrialization, ideally within footwear or technical/sportswear manufacturing.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and highly organised with proven reliability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Keen analytical and synthesis capabilities; observant and proactive with a strong product sensibility.
  • Italian language ability considered an asset; regular travel to Italy required.
