Floor Manager position at Hermès Dubai. Lead luxury retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive client experience across fashion accessories, silk, and beauty categories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily sales operations, maintaining a visible management presence on the sales floor through Manager on Duty (MOD) rotations
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales team members; conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and create individual development plans
  • Organize and lead daily morning briefings and team communication sessions to align on commercial priorities
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales objectives for assigned métiers and product categories; monitor performance against targets and KPIs
  • Drive clienteling initiatives and coach teams on luxury selling techniques, relationship building, and Hermès service philosophy
  • Manage assigned product categories end-to-end, including sales performance, inventory planning, visual merchandising, and team training
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, replenishment needs, and ensure accurate stock takes and audits
  • Complete Daily Sales Reports with qualitative business insights; analyze sales trends and market opportunities
  • Anticipate staffing requirements, manage scheduling, and monitor attendance and workforce planning in partnership with HR
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect; recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational standards, and boutique safety protocols
  • Support the Store Director during absences and travel periods; make key business decisions for store operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, or comparable client-focused environments
  • Proven management or leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for people development and team coaching
  • Established track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multi-category retail environment
  • Strong expertise in clienteling, relationship management, and luxury sales techniques
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret business performance indicators and market trends
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
