Hermès seeks a Financial Reporting Systems Analyst in Paris to manage group consolidation systems and SAP reporting infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and pilot evolutions to the interface between the accounting system (SAP) and group consolidation system (SAP FC) through the FIM tool, from design through testing and subsidiary support phases
  • Maintain and disseminate group analytical rules (management manuals) and provide subsidiary assistance on accounting and systems issues related to these rules
  • Prepare and distribute group-level analyses using SAP S/4 or business intelligence data to support consolidated, fiscal, and management reporting needs
  • Validate parametrization of group reference data and analytical structure within SAP MDG, ensuring downstream impact on group reporting
  • Monitor and participate in SAP FI/CO developments to ensure compliance with group rules and expectations in coordination with business analysts and finance technical teams
  • Participate in the medium-term transition to a new SAP FC consolidation tool, leveraging accumulated expertise on the group's financial reporting ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree (university, business school, or engineering school)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience combining accounting/finance and information systems expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO and/or SAP FC (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and technical aptitude
  • Fluent English
