Hermès seeks a Financial Analyst in Miami to manage expenses control, budget construction, and financial reporting for its fragrance and beauty division. 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and validate invoice treatment and expense coding in accounting software (My Easy Order and Share)
- Monitor daily expenses follow-up and ensure budget compliance and achievement
- Coordinate with suppliers, Area Sales Managers, and the Accounting department regarding invoice processing and House compliance
- Prepare monthly accruals and manage expenses status monitoring in accounting systems
- Compile accrual files and supporting documentation in collaboration with Area Sales Managers
- Conduct monthly closing analysis and produce profit-and-loss statements with budget variance analysis
- Reconcile software data with internal follow-up records
- Develop and update budget templates for Capex, Beauty Consultant positions, and Office Charges
- Consolidate Area Sales Manager budget versions and participate in budget strategy meetings
- Provide monthly budget breakdowns to Area Sales Managers and challenge assumptions for balanced forecasting
- Generate relevant financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Coordinate fragrance registration across local markets by consolidating client needs and liaising with the Sanitary Registration department
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management controlling and finance
- Proven proficiency with My Easy Order and Share accounting software
- Expert-level skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in luxury goods or fragrance and beauty sectors preferred
