Hermès seeks a Finance Project Manager (SAP FI/CO) in Paris to lead financial systems transformation across 130+ international subsidiaries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide Group transformation programmes on the Finance scope, ensuring alignment with Hermès' Core Finance Model
- Gather, analyse, and challenge requirements from finance directors and subsidiaries to design solutions that address business, regulatory, and operational priorities
- Perform impact assessments and recommendations to support design decisions and definition of target solutions
- Pilot functional testing phases and oversee solution integration with Group systems
- Support users through change management, adoption of new functionalities, and dissemination of best practices
- Coordinate projects linked to organizational evolution (establishment of new entities, mergers, reorganizations) and ensure consistency of Finance processes internationally
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Core Finance Model through active monitoring of business, regulatory, and technological developments
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance project management or SAP FI/CO consulting, ideally in complex international environments
- Strong mastery of Finance and Accounting processes and SAP FI/CO expertise; knowledge of SD/MM modules and SAP S/4HANA is valued
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Fluent English (essential)
- Experience in the Retail sector is an asset
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
