Hermès Service Groupe internship: Finance Project Manager Assistant (6 months) in Pantin, supporting SAP and training initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management and execution of Finance projects, with emphasis on FIORI ergonomics deployment on SAP S4 (testing, monitoring, coordination)
- Contribute to training strategy and implementation, including preparation, co-facilitation, and performance indicator tracking
- Animate the Group Finance community and ambassador network by organizing acculturation sessions and facilitating best-practice sharing (approximately 900 stakeholders including new finance personnel onboarding)
- Assist subsidiaries in process and tool evolution while ensuring simplification and proper documentation
- Execute operational PMO monitoring tasks including planning, committee coordination, reporting, and action tracking
- Provide support to other Project Managers within the Finance Department as time permits, assisting with company integrations, practice harmonization, and related initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor +4/+5 programme at a business school or university
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated service orientation, active listening, and analytical mindset
- Ability to synthesize complex information and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Prior experience in finance through academic projects or professional engagement preferred
