Role & Responsibilities
- Daily registration of invoices in VIM.
- Download and accounting of invoices related to import processes.
- Download and accounting of customs documents in relation to the account statement.
- Reconciliation of corporate cards and petty cash.
- Support in the follow-up of payment complements.
- Reconciliation of payment complements versus paid invoices.
- Complete the matrix of notices presented under anti-money laundering laws.
- File records of cash deposits and support in the follow-up of REPSE records.
Qualifications
- Current student of Accounting from the 5th semester onwards.
- Reside in Mexico City.
- Possess Major Medical Expenses Insurance.
