Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the control of training service delivery.
- Verify data consistency between the ERP and BI tools.
- Issue invoices to financial sponsors.
- Generate and transfer billing entries to the accounting ERP.
- Monitor invoice collection and compare activity against budget.
- Update and track the cash flow budget.
- Control analytical allocations of purchases and expense reports.
- Participate in budget preparation and management analyses.
- Contribute to the optimization of billing processes.
- Analyze data in the ERP to ensure reliability.
- Participate in the improvement of operational tracking tools using Power BI.
- Engage in IT system development projects and IT security initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in business school or university with a specialization in CCA, management control, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an apprenticeship or internship in similar roles is advantageous.
- Strong interest in operational tasks and process optimization.
- Excellent relational and writing skills.
- Rigorous, curious, and dynamic with strong adaptability.
