Hermès — Finance Change & Training Project Manager in Le Pré‑Saint‑Gervais. Lead change strategy and global training for Finance systems across the Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement change management strategy for Finance transformation projects across the Group, tailoring plans to project scope, geographic zones and local cultures.
- Design and execute internal communications and awareness campaigns; produce information materials and facilitate user‑sharing sessions.
- Develop end‑to‑end training programmes for Finance systems (SAP FIORI, Concur, VIM, COUPA), including e‑learning, classroom sessions and video assets.
- Create and maintain multilingual, multi‑format pedagogical materials and adapt content to local regulatory and operational requirements.
- Deliver training sessions and/or supervise external or internal trainers; coordinate local Key Users and Ambassadors to secure adoption.
- Ensure business rules defined by Business Process Owners are embedded in training and day‑to‑day processes.
- Monitor training activity, maintain the training dashboard and report on adoption and readiness metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Group training ecosystem, MOA Finance team, content production unit and local finance stakeholders; undertake periodic travel to subsidiaries for on‑site support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management or corporate training (consulting or in‑house), ideally supporting finance or procurement transformations.
- Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Purchasing processes and constraints.
- Operational knowledge of enterprise finance systems, preferably SAP FIORI.
- Experience in instructional design and digital learning production; familiarity with WalkMe is a plus.
- Fluent English (working language for project documentation and liaison with local teams).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy and stakeholder management in matrix environments.
- Capacity to work under pressure within project timelines; strong analytical and synthesis abilities; openness to innovation.

Experience
Mid‑to‑senior experience in change management or training, preferably 3–7 years supporting finance or procurement transformations in international, matrix organisations; experience working with enterprise finance systems is highly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
