Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the fashion department operations at the Faubourg St. Honoré store.
  • Ensure the alignment of the department with Hermès' standards of excellence and authenticity.
  • Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Hermès' fashion collections and convey this knowledge to clients.
  • Cultivate a luxurious and personalized shopping experience for clientele.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion and luxury goods.

Experience
