Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the fashion department operations at the Faubourg St. Honoré store.
- Ensure the alignment of the department with Hermès' standards of excellence and authenticity.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Hermès' fashion collections and convey this knowledge to clients.
- Cultivate a luxurious and personalized shopping experience for clientele.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion and luxury goods.
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in managing a luxury fashion retail environment is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
