Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the calendars, meetings and travel arrangements for the Merchandising and Finance Directors to ensure seamless executive operations.
- Provide administrative and budgetary support to teams, including document preparation, expense follow-up and basic budget tracking.
- Plan and facilitate team lifecycle activities: onboarding, seminars, integration events and internal moments of sharing to reinforce collective culture.
- Coordinate Previews and Podiums (approximately four per year): act as primary interface with the network, manage MyPodium and Podium Web tools, and oversee logistical organisation.
- Design, harmonise and deliver high-impact strategic presentations for collections, seasonal reviews and executive reports.
- Act as a discreet, proactive point of contact between directors, internal stakeholders and external partners; anticipate needs and propose process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience in executive assistance or senior administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to produce polished executive materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent discretion, organisational rigour, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to integrate new hires and animate team events; proactive and solution-focused temperament.
Skills
Experience
At least 6 years of experience supporting senior executives or directors, preferably within luxury retail, distribution or a similarly demanding corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education diploma preferred; vocational qualifications (BTS/DUT) in business administration, secretarial studies or equivalent will be accepted.
