Hermès seeks an Executive Assistant for its flagship Faubourg Saint Honoré store in Paris—a strategic administrative role supporting the Store Director and management committee.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Store Director's calendar, organize meetings and travel arrangements, process expense reports, and prepare correspondence (electronic and postal)
- Serve as information liaison between the Director and store teams, gathering and synthesizing information via appropriate professional channels
- Organize meetings by reserving spaces, arranging equipment or catering, preparing documentation in advance, and circulating follow-up materials
- Facilitate visitor reception, manage office supplies, oversee filing and archiving (physical and digital)
- Process invoices, request quotations, record entries in supplier software, and validate billing compliance for projects initiated by the Director
- Organize internal store events (seminars, celebrations, team gatherings) and coordinate with other divisional and executive administrative assistants
- Consolidate presentations for the Management Committee and teams through data collection, formatting, and tracking revisions
- Support Management Committee members on specific projects and ensure adherence to Group procedures regarding employee gifts, expense management, and travel
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of significant experience in executive or administrative assistance roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent
- Bilingual English proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong synthesis and reporting abilities

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in executive or administrative assistance, ideally in similar roles within a luxury or structured corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 minimum) or equivalent qualification.
