Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive agendas with six-month strategic vision and daily operational agility
- Organize meetings, business travel, team trips, and company events from conception through execution
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, memoranda, and internal communications
- Contribute to team cohesion through coordination of seminars, celebrations, and team-building activities
- Centralize and distribute industrial and development reporting dashboards and key metrics
- Collaborate with the Directional Assistant and Collection Coordinator on cross-functional strategic projects
