Hermès seeks an ESG Investor Relations Analyst in Paris, France, to lead ESG communications and investor engagement initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the group in the publication of financial and regulated documents, ESG theme development, and relations with sell-side analysts and ESG-focused investors
  • Create and strengthen extra-financial communication materials, including ESG synthesis documents and presentations
  • Participate in the organization of ESG roadshows and investor engagement events
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring and anticipation of non-financial regulations (ESRS, AMF, AFEP-MEDEF, Euronext, IFRS standards)
  • Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to synthesize best practices and market expectations for extra-financial reporting
  • Optimize Hermès' perception with extra-financial rating agencies and draft responses to questionnaires from agencies such as Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, MSCI, and S&P ESG
  • Track rating reports and results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing gap analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of ESG materials for shareholder meetings and contribute to proxy relations structuring
  • Update and enhance the Hermès investor relations website with relevant ESG content

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in ESG, extra-financial communication, or related fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in ESG issues, non-financial regulation, and corporate sustainability frameworks
  • Prior experience in consulting, banking, brokerage, or as an issuer in ESG or extra-financial domains
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office and AI tools
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and oral
  • Strong numerical literacy and rigorous data handling capabilities
  • Reliability, attention to detail, quality orientation, and strong work ethic
