Hermès — Pantin: Senior ERP Retail Deployment Manager to lead SAP retail deployment waves and coordinate international go‑lives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment waves for the retail ERP program, from preparation through hypercare, ensuring alignment with the global rollout roadmap.
- Define and track deployment schedules, establish KPIs and produce regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and mobilize multi-disciplinary local and international teams, acting as the principal liaison with subsidiaries and project stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate FIT & GAP workshops; manage prioritization, business decisions and associated action plans.
- Supervise design, development and testing activities; ensure timely resolution of defects and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive test strategy and execution for technical and functional test phases while ensuring environment availability.
- Prepare and animate Go/No‑Go governance instances and orchestrate structured hypercare and transition to operations.
- Support local teams during go‑live, including IT training and adoption activities, and mitigate deployment risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of demonstrable experience in ERP deployments, preferably with international rollouts.
- Proven background in retail systems implementation and deep understanding of retail business processes.
- Strong track record coordinating complex, multi‑stakeholder projects across geographies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesise and present complex subject matter to senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous and methodical with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder diplomacy.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
At least 7 years of progressive experience managing ERP implementation and deployment projects, with significant exposure to retail environments and international program contexts.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience in IT project delivery.
