Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie seeks ERP and Finance Pole Manager in Pantin, France. Lead IT transformation and ERP integration for luxury goods leader.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot and coordinate current ERP solution activities in partnership with the central IT department (HDTI), managing both project and support functions
  • Oversee all financial technology initiatives and support services for the Finance directorate, encompassing Power BI, ERP, IBM Planning Analytics, Workflow, and associated solutions
  • Lead and coordinate the integration of the new ERP solution across the HMS organization, serving as primary liaison between HMS business teams, HMS IT technical teams, and central Group IT teams
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive internal reporting structures within the HMS IT department regarding ERP & Finance pole activities, in close collaboration with governance teams
  • Pilot and manage maintenance and evolution activities of current systems
  • Guarantee functional and technical coherence aligned with Group standards
  • Ensure seamless communication and interface management between business teams, technical teams, and Group central teams
  • Consolidate and report on scope progression across budget allocation, resource development, risk identification, and activity advancement

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in a similar role, ideally within complex and industrial environments
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation, IT modernization, or ERP implementation programmes
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial systems and technology within large multinational corporations
  • Background in manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in cross-functional team management (internal and external)
  • Solid understanding of core enterprise processes: production management, finance, supply chain, and related functions
  • Strong analytical and requirements-gathering capabilities
  • Strategic vision with ability to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives
  • Business-oriented mindset with results-driven mentality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERP environments and connected information systems
