Role & Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture projects from scoping through deployment, ensuring achievement of defined deliverables and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain realistic project trajectories encompassing schedule, budget, risk management, and critical path analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and external partner ecosystems
- Facilitate project governance forums and ensure comprehensive traceability of decisions, arbitration, and escalations
- Orchestrate the organizational rollout and adoption of enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and toolsets (SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio) across Group entities
- Produce factual and reliable reporting that clearly distinguishes actual performance, forecasts, variances, and risk exposure
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects in international settings
- Demonstrated expertise in IT project governance and cross-functional coordination in matrix organizations
- Advanced proficiency in process modeling notation (BPMN) and information systems mapping methodologies
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of synthesizing complex information and communicating clearly to diverse audiences

Minimum 6 years of demonstrated success piloting complex, multi-actor IT projects in international environments. Recognized for strong synthesis capabilities, clear communication in both French and English, and the ability to model processes and map information systems architecture. Education
Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent professional certification in enterprise architecture or IT project management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, Prince2).
