Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business directions, IT business units and subsidiary CIOs to guarantee coherent SI urbanisation and architectural governance across the house.
- Design, maintain and operate enterprise architecture artefacts and reference models (policies, principles, taxonomies) to inform roadmaps and target architectures.
- Drive adoption of architecture practices and tooling by projects and business initiatives; ensure project conformity with the architectural framework and manage approved derogations.
- Collect, consolidate and produce analyses and KPIs from architecture tooling to support SI governance and risk assessment.
- Lead, develop and manage a team of architects; define team objectives, foster professional growth and ensure alignment with HDTI and group methodologies and policies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in enterprise architecture or IT systems transformation and demonstrable management responsibility.
- Proven mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance practices.
- Proven ability to convene and animate cross‑functional communities (business and IT) and to federate around a shared architectural vision.
- Analytical rigour, high standards of quality and a strong service orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and professional-level English (minimum B2).

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with strong track record in enterprise architecture or IT transformation and proven people management experience.
Education
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5).
