Role & Responsibilities
- Design and define the architecture of the AI/ML platform and establish engineering standards across the technology stack
- Build, evolve, and maintain core LLM, RAG, agentic AI, and MLOps/LLMOps infrastructure
- Industrialize platform deployments using AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, fostering technical excellence and career growth
- Drive structural technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Architecture, and Cybersecurity
Qualifications
- Mastery of cloud environments and distributed system architectures
- Proven expertise in AI/ML platforms deployed in production environments
- Recognized technical leadership with the ability to align teams around a shared vision
- Strong proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD methodologies
