Hermès seeks an Employer Brand & School Relations Intern in Paris for a 6-month full-time position starting January 2027. Support recruitment, school partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate school-related actions including forums, company presentations, craft demonstrations, facility visits, and student meetings—from preparation through execution—ensuring high-quality candidate experiences
  • Mobilize and coordinate internal stakeholders (recruiters, HR professionals, alumni) to facilitate their participation and ensure seamless execution of school engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate outcomes of school-related activities to identify improvement opportunities and best practices
  • Participate in the organization of recruitment events for interns and permanent positions, as well as craft-focused events that showcase Hermès' manual trades and artisanal expertise
  • Contribute to logistical coordination and optimization of candidate experience during recruitment events
  • Collaborate on the creation of employer brand communications, presentations, and content assets
  • Conduct research and competitive benchmarking on employer branding practices, recruitment strategies, and digital communication approaches

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Communications, HR, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and rigor
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to build quality relationships with diverse stakeholders in a demanding, international environment
  • Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools
  • Knowledge of or demonstrated interest in employer branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and candidate experience
