Hermès seeks an Employee Shareholding & Savings Plan Specialist in Paris for a 12-month fixed-term role within Group HR Compensation & Benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify the proper functioning of data interfaces between the HR information system and external providers, identifying and correcting anomalies systematically
- Trace the origin of discrepancies in collaboration with local HR teams and propose corrective actions to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze employee, payroll, and finance team inquiries regarding financial impacts, free share allocations, tax implications, and employee status changes
- Serve as an intermediary between internal departments to streamline communications and ensure consistent information across the organization
- Design and maintain informational materials for HR professionals and employees, including guides, e-learning modules, FAQ documents, and best practice repositories
- Contribute to the preparation of annual campaign communications relating to savings plans, free share offerings, and profit-sharing mechanisms
- Conduct ongoing regulatory monitoring to track legislative changes and industry best practices affecting employee compensation schemes
Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or equivalent discipline
- Fluent English at C1 level (written and oral)
- Master of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity with data visualization tools
- Rigorous analytical mindset with strong quantitative capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to data confidentiality and information security
