Hermès International seeks an Employee Relations Project Coordinator (apprenticeship) in Paris — 12-month alternance starting Sep 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the animation and logistical preparation of key Group-level social dialogue events (e.g., Group Committee, Commission de Suivi, Journée H).
  • Assist in drafting, formatting and consolidating collective agreements negotiated at Group level.
  • Support the deployment and local implementation of negotiated agreements across Hermès entities.
  • Monitor and analyse legislative and jurisprudential developments in French labour law and provide concise briefings to the team.
  • Contribute to the organisation and follow-up of professional elections for Works Councils (CSE) across the Group.
  • Assist in designing and delivering internal training on social topics for HR, managers and employee representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with DRH, RRH and HR networks to ensure consistent application of social policies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Master 2 (M2) in Labour / Social Law or an equivalent postgraduate programme at the start of the contract.
  • Strong writing skills, rigour and capacity for synthesis; high-quality legal drafting ability.
  • Pedagogical aptitude, verbal ease and capacity to present complex subjects to varied audiences.
  • Reactivity, intellectual agility and proactive anticipation of legal developments.
  • Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Ability to collaborate in networks and work with HR business partners, managers and employee representatives.
  • Available for a 12-month apprenticeship beginning September 2026, based in Paris 8ème.

Experience
