Hermès Korea seeks an E‑Merchandiser in Seoul (15‑month contract) to lead e‑store merchandising, performance analysis and omnichannel product strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present comprehensive e‑store performance reports to inform catalogue strategies and commercial decision‑making.
  • Define and execute sales and merchandising strategies for assigned metiers to maximise conversion and maintain a balanced product mix.
  • Manage daily e‑merchandising operations including product publishing, SKU selection, KPI monitoring and shared stock eligibility and transfer requests.
  • Support e‑store buying activities during Podium cycles and contribute to omnichannel product offer development.
  • Collaborate with E‑Visual Merchandisers to design optimal product grid layouts and ensure intuitive, brand‑consistent web navigation.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Hermès Group Digital Department and build partnerships with local Retail Merchandising, Communications and Store teams.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support for Digital Assistant tasks during initial onboarding and as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in e‑merchandising or an equivalent digital commerce career; five to ten years preferred.
  • Proven analytical capability with advanced Excel proficiency, dashboard reporting experience and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
  • Deep interest in and knowledge of the luxury and fashion sectors, with commercial sensibility for product mix and sell‑through.
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent interpersonal and written communication.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, resilient under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Available to commit to a fixed‑term contract (approximately 15 months).

Experience
