Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day online merchandising activities, including product uploads, content checks and live assortment maintenance across the e‑commerce platform.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional and seasonal merchandising calendars in coordination with marketing and buying teams.
- Perform basic analysis of sales, traffic and conversion data to inform assortment and visibility decisions and surface optimization opportunities.
- Help maintain product data quality within the CMS/PIM and flag issues affecting customer experience or operational flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (marketing, operations, visual merchandising) to ensure campaign launches, product drops and site updates are executed on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in e‑commerce, retail merchandising, digital marketing or a related internship.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Merchandising or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of product data and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
