Hermès Korea seeks an E-Merchandiser in Seoul. Contract role managing digital merchandising strategy and e-store performance for the luxury e-commerce platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and analyses to support e-catalogue strategy development and sales optimization
- Lead sales strategy and performance management for assigned product metiers within the digital platform
- Support e-store buying processes during Podium and monitor product offer KPIs to maintain healthy sales mix by category
- Manage shared stock operations including product selection, stock eligibility verification, and processing order and transfer requests
- Coordinate with E-Visual Merchandisers to define optimal product grid layouts and ensure intuitive website navigation
- Publish products on the website in alignment with commercial and communication priorities to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain close collaboration with Hermès Group Digital Department, Retail Merchandising Teams, Communications, and Store operations
- Provide ad-hoc digital support during initial contract months
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of e-merchandising experience or equivalent diverse digital career background
- Proficiency in data analysis with advanced Excel, dashboard management, and e-commerce software
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated interest in luxury and fashion industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities with collaborative mindset
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities
Skills
Experience
5–10 years of e-merchandising experience is preferred; however, a diverse digital career across traffic acquisition, content management, or related disciplines is also valued. Demonstrated track record of driving e-store performance and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
