Role & Responsibilities
- Manage validation of European e-commerce orders to ensure timely preparation and shipment according to established timelines
- Examine each order to detect corrections needed and identify special customer requests
- Verify payment information and monitor unpaid orders and blocking credits
- Collect omnichannel customer purchase history from online and retail channels to identify purchasing behavior inconsistent with brand values and house policy
- Provide actionable comments for client relationship teams
- Track and resolve delivery incidents with logistics and transport partners, including handling lost, stolen, or incomplete shipment claims
- Process manual shipment requests, pick-ups, and related transactions
- Identify and escalate anomalies within e-commerce information systems
- Execute manual debit and refund operations
- Monitor and correct stock movements and discrepancies across applications
- Track web-to-shop orders not collected by customers and manage stock reservations
- Monitor integration of H.com supplies into Cegid
- Input manual exchange orders and returns into systems
- Propose improvements to the e-commerce order validation system
Qualifications
- Fluent English and comfort with international environments
- Demonstrated customer relationship and sales administration experience, ideally in luxury goods
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Strong IT literacy; knowledge of Magento and Cegid is advantageous
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across teams
- Capacity to listen with empathy and mentor colleagues
- Proactive mindset and comfort in rapidly evolving environments
