Hermès Dubai seeks E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to lead omnichannel fulfillment operations and logistics workflows. Full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and customer-driven e-commerce operational flow across order validation, delivery, pickup, refunds, and exchanges
- Manage e-commerce stock efficiency and order flow including client orders, shared stock operations, and inventory setup
- Oversee warehouse and carrier relationships, monitor operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Guarantee quality standards in packaging, carrier selection, and service delivery aligned with brand specifications
- Coordinate returns management with the logistics team and establish appropriate KPI frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics and Retail Merchandising on stock management, adjustments, claims, and stock takes
- Manage stock transfers and export shipments for seamless inventory movement
- Coordinate damaged product processing and after-sales workflows
- Lead team support for the customer relations center (CRC) to enable focus on customer interaction and issue resolution
- Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly with relevant stakeholders
- Support omnichannel sales and operational projects with actionable improvements
- Share operational statistics and feedback to optimize e-commerce services and store integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac +5) from a recognized university or business school
- Minimum 4 years of operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and unite teams around common objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and service mindset
- Proven organizational and autonomous work capabilities

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Strong background in order fulfillment, inventory management, and carrier coordination with demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and meeting operational KPIs.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac +5) from a recognized university or business school, preferably in operations, supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline.
