Hermès Distribution France seeks E-commerce Customer Relations Associate (CDD, October–December 2026) in Paris to manage customer inquiries, order processing, and omnichannel coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone and email inquiries from customers worldwide contacting French Hermès locations, responding promptly to optimize customer service delivery
- Validate e-commerce orders and manage order tracking, delivery coordination, and return processing to ensure seamless transaction completion
- Provide comprehensive product information, availability verification, and product reservations while guiding customers through online purchases and discovering the Maison's heritage and offerings
- Communicate customer inquiries to retail store teams and coordinate responses, balancing customer needs with store capacity and ensuring satisfaction follow-up
- Link customer interactions to corporate departments to manage after-sales service, billing inquiries, event invitations, and CRM data consolidation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quick wins to enhance customer journey, service quality, and operational efficiency for the Customer Relations Center and partner teams
- Monitor customer relationship trends, e-commerce best practices, and social media insights to inform continuous service enhancement and adaptation
Qualifications
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional language proficiency highly valued
- Mastery of digital and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong commercial mindset with genuine passion for retail and customer-facing environments
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Proven ability to manage customer disputes with diplomacy and mediation
