Hermès seeks an E-commerce Business Process Owner for its Digital, Sales and Services division, within the Order Management domain, to oversee e-commerce processes and coordinate cross-functional projects, including SAP ERP replacement, warehouse systems and logistics optimisation. The role is a permanent, full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own business processes across the e-commerce ecosystem and act as the liaison between Digital and IT.
  • Contribute to scoping and designing each workstream of the group ERP replacement and SAP deployment programme, representing e-commerce process needs and requirements alongside the Order Product Manager and Product Owners.
  • Identify and analyse dependencies and integration points between the new ERP and the e-commerce ecosystem, and anticipate their impact on processes.
  • Document and maintain the process map shared between Digital and IT as a current common reference.
  • Participate in end-to-end acceptance testing as the e-commerce ecosystem connects to group projects, including OMS, ERP and WMS, with IT and local IT teams to safeguard process continuity before each go-live.
  • Support deployment of the new ERP across subsidiaries, including presenting the Core Model, analysing local requirements, training and deployment support.
  • Coordinate implementation of the NFC Tag solution across e-commerce subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate deployment of new WMS platforms across e-commerce subsidiaries with IT and local IT teams.
  • Participate in WMS deployment testing with the Test Manager, IT and local IT teams.
  • Contribute to projects that improve and optimise e-commerce logistics operations.
  • Contribute to improving existing flows between OMS, Cegid and WMS platforms.
  • Present project progress to the Digital team in writing and verbally, and escalate alerts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regular communication with departments affected by Order functionality, particularly IT, to ensure ongoing alignment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in engineering, project management or digital disciplines.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience managing e-commerce or logistics projects with a strong IT focus.
  • An interest in logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in agile practices, including User Story, Product Backlog and sprint planning.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with daily communication with subsidiaries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, rigour and responsiveness.
  • Passion for e-commerce, curiosity, dynamism and autonomy.
  • Ability to present complex technical topics concisely and clearly.
  • Strong communication skills and professional maturity.
