Hermès in Paris seeks an E‑commerce Business Analyst Intern (6‑month internship) to support performance analysis and reporting for hermes.fr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly performance reports (revenue, stock coverage, sell‑through, deliveries) to identify trends and alert stakeholders.
- Prepare the monthly France e‑commerce performance review by métier and present findings alongside the e‑merchandiser.
- Identify commercial opportunities (transfers, replenishments) and contribute to the definition and implementation of action plans.
- Design and maintain bespoke business tracking tools and ad‑hoc reports across dimensions (price bands, stock coverage, value/volume trends).
- Implement omnichannel reporting, producing performance views by sales channel (front, CIS) to support decision‑making.
- Develop operational tools to identify transfer opportunities and optimise stock flow between the e‑commerce platform and the France network.
- Track weekly supply and replenishment cycles with Operations and co‑manage permanent stocked items, producing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school (student status required for a 6‑month internship).
- Proven analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and commercial KPIs.
- Rigorous, organised, curious and proactive with a capacity to propose improvements.
- Collaborative team player with good communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in the luxury sector and its commercial challenges.
- Proficiency with Pack Office.

Experience
Student status in a business or engineering programme; this is a 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026. Prior internships or coursework in e‑commerce, analytics or merchandising are a plus but not required.
Education
Enrolment in a business school or engineering school (student level required).
