Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute product catalogues and visual assets for new fragrance and beauty launches to external retail partners.
• Maintain and update the perfume & beauty catalogue for external distribution, ensuring accuracy of product information and imagery.
• Recommend optimisations for product pages and partner e‑commerce spaces (customer journey, functionality, new content).
• Coordinate with internal communication teams to deliver campaign content on schedule to markets.
• Collaborate with local teams to define country activation plans and follow up on implementation.
• Create and deliver CRM content (emails, SMS) tailored to country and store requirements, and ensure timely handover to market contacts.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market watch during key global e‑retail periods; compile best practices and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with a wide variety of internal interlocutors (local e‑commerce & CRM teams, communication, training) to ensure alignment and availability of e‑commerce guidelines and assets.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in a Business School, IAE, university or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship programme).
• Minimum of 6 months' relevant experience preferred, ideally in e‑commerce, CRM or digital marketing.
• Strong interest in e‑commerce, CRM and the fragrance/cosmetics market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; mastery of English is indispensable.
• Seriousness, rigor and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with numerous stakeholders.
• Autonomy, strong sense of priorities and a collaborative team spirit in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

A first successful internship or professional experience of approximately 6 months in a similar function (e‑commerce, CRM or digital marketing) is strongly appreciated; beginners are accepted within an apprenticeship programme.

Education

Student in a Business School, IAE, university or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance).
