Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational production and validation of monthly DSN reporting (URSSAF, retirement, provident, mutual) including payment follow-up and management of acknowledgements of receipt.
  • Detect, analyse and resolve payroll and DSN anomalies across pay and post‑pay processes; drive corrective actions and root‑cause analysis.
  • Manage FCTU (parameterisation, declarations, anomaly handling) and ensure accurate treatment of expatriate files within DSN/contractual reporting.
  • Oversee follow‑up of OPS (URSSAF and retirement notifications, formal notices, escalations) and reconcile payroll accounting variances with finance.
  • Support and coach payroll managers throughout the monthly payroll cycle to ensure compliance and operational robustness.
  • Administer non‑DSN contributions (prévoyance, mutuelle) and coordinate statutory obligations such as DOETH and apprenticeship tax.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead projects related to payroll reporting, DSN module evolution, and cross‑functional initiatives to optimise and fiabilise processes.
  • Act as business partner to internal clients: capture needs, propose pragmatic solutions, and enforce the payroll governance and operating framework.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in payroll or payroll reporting functions.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience with DSN or prior declarative frameworks (DADSU / N4DS).
  • Proven expertise with DSN modules on ADP platforms (ADP DGE, ADP DEXP or equivalent) is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills with capacity to construct, audit and present complex reconciliations and dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of French payroll rules, social declarations, and statutory reporting obligations (URSSAF, retraite, prévoyance, mutuelle).
