Role & Responsibilities
- Support research, planning and implementation of DEI engagement initiatives and leadership development programs.
- Contribute ideas and surface DEI best practices to inform program design and communications.
- Help design and deliver boutique workshops focused on employee experience and team culture.
- Provide administrative support including document management, updating resources, meeting recaps and tracking attendance.
- Assist with logistical coordination and on‑site support for leadership training seminars and Talent Development events.
- Draft internal communications for recognition months and program announcements.
- Attend Talent Development team meetings and prepare agendas and follow-up action items as requested.
- Participate fully in the Generation H internship program, including speaker series, mentorship, networking and capstone project activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Demonstrated interest or coursework/experience in diversity, equity & inclusion, human resources, organizational development or related fields.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Professional communication skills and a constructive, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; beginners accepted. Candidate should be an enrolled student with academic or extracurricular exposure to HR, DEI, talent development or related work. Prior internship or project experience in program support, event coordination or communications is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (currently pursuing a degree).
