Role & Responsibilities
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical stock and warehouse management systems for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business partners
- Maintain and execute cycle count schedules; communicate challenges to warehouse management and organize count execution with staff
- Coordinate bi-annual full inventories across divisions in collaboration with Loss Prevention and Sales teams
- Process inventory transfers to balance stock levels and record corresponding system transactions for every physical movement
- Track and manage merchandise on loan; prepare reports on outstanding loans and process required adjustments
- Review and report vendor receiving discrepancies; file claims and execute system corrections to reconcile errors
- Monitor stock repairs and resolve failed shipments by managing pick zones, put zones, and order criteria
- Establish and maintain automated warehouse zones to optimize distribution operations
- Provide backup support for invoice accuracy review, supply order entry, and document filing during peak periods
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of minimum related supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management experience
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Associates Software preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with e-commerce and inventory platforms (Magento experience a plus)
- Project management and task coordination tools (Jira, Trello experience valued)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds following proper safety procedures
- Clear, courteous communication and exceptional organizational skills
- Accountable, detail-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to accuracy

Experience
1–2 years of minimum related experience in supply chain operations, warehouse management, or inventory coordination. Experience with warehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan Associates Software, is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in managing inventory cycles and reconciling system discrepancies is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28.46 to USD 31.45 per hour.
