Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product collection launches and product innovation rollouts in collaboration with the Distribution Planner
- Monitor production timelines and delivery service rates, identifying opportunities to maximize results against sell-in budgets
- Oversee stock allocations, retention protocols, and regulatory compliance across launches and product holds
- Contribute to the construction of replenishment offers and internal sales sessions using proprietary planning tools
- Manage and execute order portfolio operations aligned with departmental requirements and communicate with Retail Planning
- Coordinate supply chain provisioning to ensure operational fluidity and optimize distribution flows
- Conduct spot analyses on specific business cases and develop performance reporting
- Prepare KPIs and reporting outputs for communication to business units
- Support team members across functions to develop operational flexibility and multidisciplinary expertise
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency with advanced Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across production, logistics, retail planning, customs, and IT functions
